2012 TAKEDOWN AND TURN CAMP

JUNE 28 - JULY 1, 2012
JULY 5 - JULY 8, 2012

This specialized camp will focus on teaching takedowns and turns with an emphasis on transitioning the takedown into back points.  All imaginable takedowns will be taught.  Offensive takedowns like leg attacks, upper body holds, foot sweeps, duck unders, arm drags, trips and sweeps along with defensives takedowns like front headlocks, short drags, pancakes, snap and spins and counter offense to mention a few.  On the mat there will be a focus on every possible turn and pin.  In this 4-day 3 night camp campers will be instructed in repetitive drilling to acquire a complete understanding of the holds.

This camp is ideal to supplement the Team, Technique, Heavyweight and Fighting Scot Training Camps or as a stand-alone camp to improve your wrestling skills.  The cost of the camp is $325.  There is a $25 discount (per camp) if you attend two camp or you attend with a team of 10 or more.  See Fee Page for details click here.
